I saw with despair that Debian and waf had butted heads [ http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2010/02/msg00714.html ], meaning no waf in the mainline for maverick, and nodejs stuck back in 0.1. This PPA makes getting up and running on a KansoJS project much easier. Thank you.

One thing to note due to a duplicate package called node the binary for node.js is called nodejs. This is to avoid conflicts.

Updated the script so it can now handle multiple <resourcerecords> elements for a common host name. Example:

<resourcerecordset>

    <type>MX</type>

    <resourcerecords>
      <resourcerecord>
        <value>10 ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.</value>

Fixed the link, well spotted ;)

I'm currently working on a bigger script using boto that will let you upload the finished XML to route53, as well as create zones and delete records etc etc.

Watch this space :)

The script link is not accessible (something wrong with your permissions settings, I assume).

Maybe you could "donate" the script to boto (https://github.com/boto/boto) so its is accessible for a wider audience - or at least host the code on github or similar place

Thanks!
